USFans Spreadsheet may look overwhelming at first glance with thousands of rows and multiple category tabs. This tutorial breaks down every feature into simple, actionable steps so you can find exactly what you want within minutes.

The interface is built around three core areas: the category navigation bar at the top, the search and filter panel on the left, and the main product table in the center. Understanding how these three interact is the key to mastering the platform.

Step 1: Choose Your Category

The horizontal tab bar at the top contains all ten product categories. Clicking a tab instantly filters the table to show only items from that category. For sneakers, select "Shoes." For outerwear, select "Jackets." The tab you select also updates the filter panel on the left to show category-specific options like shoe size or jacket material.

If you are unsure which category an item belongs to, use the universal search bar instead. The search works across all categories simultaneously and supports both product names and SKU numbers.

Step 2: Apply Filters

The filter panel on the left is where USFans shines. Available filters change based on your selected category but generally include:

• Seller Badge: Filter by Green, Yellow, or Red verification status.

Each product row contains essential information at a glance. The thumbnail shows the product image. The name column links to the seller's product page. The price column shows the current asking price. The size column shows available options with green dots indicating in-stock sizes.

Hovering over any row opens a quick-preview card showing a larger image, seller badge color, estimated shipping time, and the number of QC photos available. Click "View Details" to see the full product page on the seller's site, or "QC Photos" to open the community-submitted quality control gallery.

Step 4: Save and Track Items

USFans offers two saving features for logged-in users:

• Wishlist: Click the heart icon on any product row to save it to your wishlist. Access all saved items from your dashboard.
• Price Alerts: Set a target price for any wishlisted item. USFans notifies you via email when the seller drops the price to your target or below.

Both features require a free account, which takes under 30 seconds to create with just an email address.

Step 5: Purchase Safely

When you find an item you want, click the "Buy" link in the row. This opens the seller's external product page in a new tab. Complete your purchase on the seller's site, not on USFans. Always verify the following before paying:
